Lower back joint arthritis

A sample of 3 529 people between 40–80 years of age found a high prevalence of spinal joint osteo-arthritis, present in around 67% of the women and 60% of the men studied by CT scan imaging. This study failed to find a correlation between spinal joint arthritis and lower back pain.
